In advance of the Scottish Parliament’s Fuel Poverty Debate on 27 January 2016, the Existing Homes Alliance Scotland has released a briefing highlighting concerns about the cut in funding for energy efficiency and fuel poverty in the Draft Budget 16/17, despite fuel poverty levels that remain high at 35% of households, and the Scottish Government’s commitment to making energy efficiency a National Infrastructure Priority.
