The Existing Homes Alliance Scotland, along with a broad group of high-profile organisations, is calling for there to be no household in Scotland living in a hard-to-heat, draughty home by 2025. They urge the Scottish Government to achieve this by making energy efficiency a National Infrastructure Priority and bringing all housing up to a high energy performance standard – the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) band C – or above by 2025.
